1. What this is

Sentry AIOS is a private internal application operated by Sentry AI Solutions Limited (NZBN 9429053388131), Auckland, New Zealand. It is not a public product, is not sold, and is not offered as a service to customers. These terms govern its use by the people we grant accounts to.

2. Who may use it

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created by us for named members of our team and authorised collaborators. There is no self-service sign-up. You may not share your account, and you must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Connected accounts

You may connect third-party accounts, including Google, to enable features in the application. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time from the integrations page. How connected data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the application for the business purposes of Sentry AI Solutions Limited and its clients. Do not use it to break the law, to breach an obligation of confidence, to access data you are not entitled to, or to interfere with its operation or security.

5. Automated actions

The application runs AI agents that carry out tasks and prepare work for review. Actions that change an external system or send anything outside the company are gated on a person approving them. You remain responsible for what you approve.

6. Availability

The application is provided as-is for internal use. We give no warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and it may change or be withdrawn at any time.

7. Ending access

We may suspend or remove access at any time, in particular when someone leaves the team or where required for security.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
