Sentry AIOS is a private web application built and operated by Sentry AI Solutions Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053388131) and based in Auckland. It is the system our team signs into to run the business: managing AI agents, tracking work, and connecting the third-party services the company already uses.

It is not a public product and it is not sold or offered as a service. Access is limited to named members of our own team, each of whom signs in with an account we create for them. There is no sign-up.

What it does

• Runs and supervises AI agents that carry out defined internal workflows, with a human approving anything that changes an external system.
• Keeps a shared internal knowledge base so those agents and the team work from the same information.
• Connects, with each user's explicit consent, to the business tools we already run, so an agent can read the context it needs and draft the work a person then reviews.

Why it asks for access to Google data

Where a user connects a Google account, Sentry AIOS uses Google Workspace APIs to work with that user's own business data on their behalf: reading and drafting mail, reading and writing files and calendar entries, and reading analytics and search data for websites the company owns. Every connection is initiated by the user, is shown on their integrations page, and can be disconnected there at any time.

Google user data is used only to provide these features inside the application. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalised AI models. The privacy policy lists every scope we request and what each one is used for.
